TRIBUTES TO MR. W. H. PAUL. 1 i (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Wednesday. With, a record of having done more for the beautification of Hamilton than any other man, Mr. W. H. Paul resigned from the position of chairman of the Domain Board last night, Mr. F. A. Swarbrick, the deputy chairman, being appointed bis successor. The, Mayor, Mr. H. D. Caro, who is a member of the board, said Mr. Paul had shown untiring energy in improvements over many years to the lake domain, reserves and sports areas. Other members spoke eulogistically of Mr. Paul's outstanding services. Mr. Paul is well known throughout Now Zealand as secretary of the Waikato Winter Show Aslffieiation.
