The finished product will be a modern earthquake and tire-resisting building, five storeys high with h frontage of NOft and a depth or" 80ft. A black composition material with a glass-like surface will be used for the facing of the building, and the main display windows will be made especially attractive with chromiumplated frames and finishing^.
