MR. SAVAGE IS SATISFIED. SOUTHERN TOUR LATER. (By Correspondent,) WELLINGTON, Monday. The Prime Minister, the JU. Hon. M. J, Savage, has returned from Auckland well satisfied with the evidence of enterprise on the part of northern manufacturers. He will take the earliest opportunity of making visit* to Chrlstchurch and Punedin factories, Owing to the near approach of Easter and the Labour party's annual conference, his southern tour will not begin until after the Easter holidays.
