TiT4iE TO A. DARE. MEETING AT MAMUREWA. CAMERON BEST IN SPRINTS. —— i The best crowd of the season at Manurewa last night witnessed an interesting race in the six-mile Auckland provincial championship. A. O. Dare, who recently dead-heated with S. J. Wade in the mile championship, won narrowly from D. Porter, of Papatoetoe. The field was still hunched with half a mile to go. The time of 32.32 was good for the night conditions. Melnnes, of Otahuhu, ran well to finish third. The points cups for each division were won by Miss A. Sutherland. 5 points, F. Cameron (seniors) 4V4 points. W. Cunningham (field events) 4 points. while R. Marshall and S. Knight drew for the junior cup. Results were:— Schoolgirls' A Grade 75 Yards.—Yillail. 15yds, 1 ; D.
