Hitler Speech At Opening Of Reichstag. ANTI-BRITISH PRESS. (Received '2 p.m.) LOXDOX, January 29. The stage effects for Herr Hitler'e opening of the Reichstag to-morrow include concealed floodlighting behind a 30ft wingspan eagle, throwing an artiflcial sunbeam on pleated silk backcloth producing a gigantic halo around the Fuehrer. "The Timee" Berlin correspondent says that on the eve of Herr Hitlers speech a eection of the Prees adopts an anti-Britwh tone owing to anger aroused by the goodwill appeal made by Mr. Chamberlain, which, to the resentment of the highest quarter*, thousands of Germans heard. Heir Hitler i« expected sharply to retort, but the remainder of the speech will probably not be sensational. The "Daily Telegraph" Munich representative say* that Herr von Epp, addressing an economic conference, categorically demanded return of the colon!**.
