Yiolent Demonstrations In Mexico City. GOLDEN SHIRTS BLAMED. MEXICO CITY, January 27. Violent anti-Jewish demonstrations, apparently organised and almost leading to the lynching of two Jews, broke out in the shopping district. A mob of more than 3000 people stormed the Jewish Chamber of Commerce and destroyed many Jewish, shops, and non-Jewish ones by lhigtake, until they were dispersed by police and [firemen.

The disturbances are attributed to elements formerly belonging to the old anti-Semitic Golden Shirts organisation.
