HOSPITAL COSTS.
I noticed that economies were asked for at Monday night's meeting of the Hospital Board. Well, there ie one way in which a big one can be brought about, and that is by the scrapping of these new plans and the nonengagement of an overseas architect, in view of the fact that the board already has a set of plans and a competent architect. It is time the board put its house in order. C. E. KNIGHT.
