, On behalf of his mother, his uncle, Mr. Frederick O'Malley, presented him with s gold wristlfct wstch suitably Inscribed, in memory of his late father. A gold key which the guests autographed was given by his mother. Poring the evening a competition held on general knowledge caused great amusement, Mr. J. Nairn winning the firyt arise and Mr. N. Gordon wss second. Enjoyable musical items were gtvan by Mssdames O'Malley, Conway tW Miss Conway-King, Messrs. Jonss, Gordon, F. Conway-King* J. Nairn. Card trleks wers performed bv Mr. O'Malley. Mrs. Conway-King received the guests in a grey sheer gown, snd Miss Opre Conway-King wore a green striped frock.

Among the guests were Messrs. ▲ Savage, O'Malley, W. Duigan, Gordon, A. Yates. D. Jones, B. Hootea.
