BOYS BEFORE COURT.

GOSBORNE, Friday.
For wilfully amaahing 10 factory window* valued at £1 14/, the property of Henry Duncan Humphrey, three youth# appeared before Mr. E. L. Walton, S.M., in the Children's Court. Two aged 17 and 10 were admonished and discharged, and the third, amd 14, was placed under the supervision of the child welfare officer for one year. Senior-Sergeant J. F. H. Macnamara «nld a complaint had been received from the foreman of the factory that 10 windows had been broken during the December 11 week-end. Apparently the windows had been broken by rifle ahote. It was learned that the boys had gathered to amuse themselvee by breaking the windows by firing at them with an air gun.
"Peking to the two older boys, Mr. Walton said that they had cost their parents money for their silly foolishJKMW.
There will bo ivo punishment this time, but you are sure to get It If you continue with this sort of behaviour" he added. '
When the third boy said he could not (five any reason for his act the magistrate said It seemed that he required supervision, and made an order to that effect.
