CHANGE IN CONSTITUTION

HAMILTON, Friday. A suggestion that the Hamilton domains snould be controlled by the borough council or some other elected body, and jiot by the present nominated domain board, received support at a moating of the Hamilton Borough Council this week. A letter was received from the domain board offering the borough council an additional neat on the hoard and stating that the Waikato County Council and the Waipa County Council would each be offered one seat, subject to the approval of the Minister of Internal Affaire, the Hon. W, E. Parry. It was finally decided to refer the matter to a committee to obtain further Information. The domain lands under the control of the board total MO acres.
