TIGHTENING BOYCOTT.

ITALIAN ACTIVITY. (Received 1 p.m.) LOXDOX, January 19. The Italians are tightening the boycott of Jibouti harbour and the French railway to Addis Ababa, and have stopped the weekly air line and the steamer service between Asmara and French SomaliJand, says the "Daily Telegraph" Jibouti correspondent. Native Abyssinian troops have occupied the wells on the French frontier.
