WEATHER FORECAST.
FOR city and province. The Government Meteorologist Issued to the " Auckland Star" this afternoon the following apodal weather forecast for tho Auokland province to as far south as Hamilton, Kawhia and Tauranga:— Light to moderate winds, with south-westerlies predominating: A few isolated showers are likely, but the weather will be mostly fair to flne. Temperatures mild. Bset moderate on the west coast and slight on the east coast. There has been little chsnge in the pressure distribution, an anti-cyclone remaining centred over the Ttsman HAURAKI GULF CONDITIONS. The following report of weather conditions in the Hauraki Gulf was received from Tiritiri Island at noon to-day:— Wind, south-south-west, moderate; sea, moderate; weather, cloudy, but fine; visibilty, good; barometer, steady.
