A number of others who did not sit at the first examination will sit in April when the new classes will commence. THE RICHMOND CLUB. On Saturday week the Richmond Cruising Club will hold the re sail of their harbour races (tostponed on December 17 through rough w«sither. The original handicaps will stand, and the race* will be run in conjunction with the Ponsonhy Club's cup day events.
