FEWER LAMBS KILLED. A sharp drop in lambs killed for export, compared with the same period last season, is shown in the Meat Board's returns covering October and £he first half of November. Less pork was also killed, but more beef and mutton. This season's killings of fat stock for export up to Xovember.lo were as follows:— Oct. 1 to Nov. 15. 1938. 1937.
