i . Remuera.—A jolly party was held liv the Hemuera branch of the W.C.T.I*. at the Methmlist schoolroom. Newmarket. The quests were the children on the Little White Ribbonus roll and their mothers. The arrangements were in t lie hands of Mrs. (J. L. Robinson and Miss Bond. An interesting programme was given by the children, games and a Christmas tea Ix'ing much enjoyed. Mrs. Joiner, and showed that good work had been done by this branch during I lie year.
