WAKE UP.
As the months of summer draw near and liot weather is inevitable, residents in the neighbourhood of Richmond wonder whether there will be any redress from the frightful stench and iinhealthv conditions of Cox's Creek. Certainly a menace exists as the overflow from two factories, exude undesirable waste into the creek which eventually flows into tho sea where the children bathe. The council have proclaimed this area residential, and still this outrage is permitted. Surely something can be done? The council will then justify their existence. PESTILENTIAL.
