VOTES OF 'CONFIDENCE . /

INVERCARGILL, this day. The Hon - Adam Hamilton, Leader of the Opposition, and National party candidate for Wallace, addressed three well attended meetings in his electorate yesterday at Pahia, Orepuki and Tuatapere. At the latter place there was an attendance of more than 250, A number of questions were answered, and the lollowing resolution was carried: "That this meeting of elector* representative of Tuatapere and surrounding districts have every confidence in Mr. Hamilton the m v! I ? er , £ ° r a,laCe and deader of that, in our opinion, he will a «ain be returned at the head of the I bigger majority than before and that after listening to the radio speeches we' are satisfied that there is no „ lan J>ew Zealand better qualified to lead
