NURSING DIVISION.
ST. JOHN AMBULANCE. A nursing division of the St. John Ambulance Association has been started in Devonport with Mis« Ada Drew ae lady euperintendent, and an enthusiastic band of women held a sale of work in the Labour Hall on Saturday last with the object of raining funds to give nn initial start to the division. A sum of £30 was raised. It in. generally known the excellent work the St. John Ambulance Association ban done in other directions in the borough over a period of year*, and it is expected that the newly-eetabliehed ntireing division will J fill a big place in the aeebciation'g work in Devonport.
