GREY LYNN SEAT.

INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE,

Mr. John Arthur Conway AlcCormack, of Speight Road, Kohimarama, has announced his decision to stand as an Independent candidate for Grey Lynn electorate at the general elections this year. The seat is held at present by Mr. J. A. Le/e, Parliamentary Undersecretary in charge of Housing. Mr. MeCormack, who is a foreman at the Auckland Farmers' Freezing Co., Ltd., has been a member of the school committee of Grey Lynn and Westmere schools, and is a member of the executive of the Eastern Suburbs Amateur Athletic Club.
