King Attends Commemorative! Service. CANDLESTICKS PRESENTED. (Received 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, May 6. The King and Queen, accompanied by Qtieen Mary and the Duke and. Duchess of Gloucester, attended a service at the Guards' Chapel, commemorative of its' foundation 100 years ego by Dr. William Whitfipld Dankins, who was principal chaplain to the Forces from 1830 to 1844. The King hae presented the chapel with a set of six silver candlesticks, which were dedicated «rt the service 'by tlie chaplain of the General Forces.
