EX-ROYAL NAVAL MEN.

NEW STANDARD DEDICATED.

The new standard of the Ex-Royal Naval Men's Association was dedicated and presented by the honorary chaplain of the association, the Rev. H. K. Vickery, in the Mariners' Chapel at the Flying Angel Mission to Seamen yesterday morning. The lesson was. read by Commander C. B. Tinley. officer in charge of the Devonport Naval Base.

Under the command of LieutenantCommander R. Payne, R.N. (retired), and headed by the Waterside Workers' Silver Band, the men inarched from their club rooms in Wyndham Street. The chapel was decorated with palm leaves, as the i day was Palm Sunday. Mr. R. Clouston was the organist.
