HARBOUR BOARD SEAT. CONCILIATION COMMISSIONER. The Labour party ballot for four candidates for seate on the Auckland Harbour Board resulted in the following selections: —Messrs. W. J. Cuthbert, J. Sayegh, J. T. Jennings and R. E. Price. Of the members of the present board, there are two Labour representatives, Messrs. E. .T. Phelan ami J. Sayegh. Mr. Pltelan went to the ballot, but wae unsuccessful. Mr. P.riee is Conciliation Commissioner at Auckland.
