(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) OPOTIKI, Tuesday. As a sequel to an epidemic of house breaking, George Ngariina appeared in ♦ lit- Police Court before Mr. E. L. Walton. H.M.. on a charge of being a rogue and vagabond. He pleaded guilty. Sergeant Isbister stated that on Friday night accused was found on the premises of Mr. Smith in Nelson Street, and later admitted that he went there to steal money. Accused had been found guilty of eight serious offences in different parts of the Dominion. Accused uns sentenced to two months' imprisonment. Accused also pleaded guilty to breaking and entering Nurse Mcllwrath's maternity home, Mr. C. Tabb's residence and Mr. A. Mitchell's residence. On these charges he was committed to the Supreme Court at Auckland for sentence. ,
