CHALLENGE AGAIN.
Mr. Sopwith to Build Another Racing Yacht. COLD-BLOODED SCIENCE. (Received 11 a.m.) XEW YORK, August 24. Mr. T. O. M. Sopwith told a "World Telegram" representative that he intends to challenge again for the America Cup. He added: "I want to be assured that the boat will have an even chance of winning.
