CLAIM ALLOWED. CALEDONIAN FORFEITURE. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") THAMES, this day. In a reserved decision in the Thames Warden's Court this morning. Mr. F. H. Levien, £.M., gave a decree- of forfeiture in favour of William White, of, Thames, against Caledonian (1934), Limited, for Caledonian S.Q.C. The warden Stated that it had been shown that there was a definite default of seven days in working conditions. The defendant company had shown no special reason why thte warden should order that a fine be paid iu of forfeiture.
