An afternoon tea wie held by the council of the United Kingdom Manufacturers and New Zealand Representatives' Association (Incorporated), as a mark of esteem to Mr. O. A. Welch, New Zealand representative for Tootal, Broadhurst, Lee and Company, Limited, who will be leaving for England shortly, j The president, Mr. C. W.
