DOMINION TEAM.
AUCKLANDERS FAREWELLED.
A farewell wm given yesterday afternoon to H. G. Vivian, G. L. Weir, W. M. Wallace and J, Cowie, who left by tram for Wellington. They will join the other members of the team, which will leave for England by the Arawa on Saturday. A large number of cricketer* and friends, including Mr. W. R. Fee, chairman of the management committee of the Auckland Cricket Association, gathered on the station -to farewell their representative*. The other Aucklander in the team, W. N. Careon, will go direct to Wellington from Gisborne, where he has been visiting relatives. The New Zealand team will play a three days' match against the M.C.C. at Wellington, commencing to-morrow, and being continued on Thursday and Saturday. Yesterday at the Newmarket Borough Council chambers H. G. Vivian was presented with a "motion picture camera by the Mayor of Newmarket, Mr. S. Donaldson. Vivian is on. the Newmarket staff of the Bank of New Zealand.
•ACRED HEART COLLEGE.
PABT V. PRESENT. In the Sacred Heart College cricket match between Past and Present the present boys batted first, and the opening pair, Fox and Conole, collared the bowline qnd scored 109 before they were separated. Tfie - lnnfii'gs was declared closed at 128 for two wickets, made In two hours. The old boys were left with TO minutes to get the runs, and accomplished this feat in 61 minutes. Scores:— Present.—l2B for two wickets, declared (Fox 68 not out, Conole 46). Past.—l 34 (C. Snedden 36, W. Hare 124). McCullough took five wickets for 51 runs.

Putt, five for 50, finished tlio season well, as his performance included the "hat trick."
