LEMON PIE.
Make a short crust with 4oz flour ' :-«/- »at. a pinch of salt and cold water to mix. Holl out and line a pie dish, brushing the pastry with egg. blend a tab espoonful of cornflour and cook it with one gill of milk. Add the grated nnd of two lemons, the juice, one breakers ° U, » ul S " gar an<l the yo»« of three egg*. Bea very well, then pou, into he lined tin and bake until the pastry u browned. Whisk the white of the tilling and sprinkle with sugar. Then P«t in the oven to brown. .
