AIR RAID PRECAUTION.

£4,000,000 INCREASED VOTE,

(Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, February 25. A feature of the Civil Service Estimates, presented to Parliament by the Home Secretary, Sir John Simon, is an increased vote of approximately £4.000,000. This is almost entirely for expenditure on air raid precautions.
