ROTORUA PAIRS TOURNEY. NINE ROUNDS DECIDED. HARPER. HARDLEY. AND TYNDALL WIN EIGHT GAMES. Despite unfavourable conditions yesterday another tliroo rounds of section play I were ;- r ot off in the Rotorua Bowling Clubs annual pairs tourney, in which .5.") teams are competing. At the end of the ninth round only three pairs were unbeaten, those skipped by Tyndall (St. Helier's), Hardley (West End), -ind Harper (Otahuhu). They have had ciirlit victories apiece, all ' three having already taken their bye. Two more rounds of section' play have yet to be decided. Results of Wednesday's contests:— SECTION A.
