ELEVEN INCHES IN ONE DAT. ! (By Telegraph.—rress Association.) WELLINGTON*, this day. A record rainfall was registered at Rarotonga on December 10, when 9.G3in foil at the wireless station and 11.4 in at Avarua. These figures for 24 hours are the highest for nine years.
