PARISH WITHOUT PEOPLE.
The parish of Ifiekl, Kent, has only one parishioner—the rector. The parish of Monks Risbridge, Suffolk, has not even one parishioner! The parish covers 120 acres —all fields. Even the farmhouses of the two farmers holding the land are outside the parish boundaries. All Parliamentary notices have to be ported in the parish, and probabyl they are posted 011 a tree or a fence. A parish register of electors is also on a tree. There are two electors —the two farmers.
