PARISH WITHOUT PEOPLE.

The parish of Ifiekl, Kent, has only one parishioner—the rector. The parish of Monks Risbridge, Suffolk, has not even one parishioner! The parish covers 120 acres —all fields. There are two electors —the two farmers.
