PEASANT EATS MOUSE. _ BELGRADE. An alleged Chinese delicacy, mice in honey, has been rediscovered m Yugoslavia in amusing circumstances. Mato Stipitch, a Bosnian peasant from Sol vane, brought some excellent honey to 'tlie market the other day, which found a readv sale. When his large jar was nearly empty a purchaser noticed a mouse in it, and immediately threatened to inform the police.. Mato was at first filled with alarm, but soon found a way out of the difficulty. . , "That's nothing," he said, it s so sweet I can eat it." Seizing the mouse bv the tail he rapidly devoured it, thus destroying any incriminating evidence.
