The New Zealand Swimming Association has invited Evelyn de Lacy, 220, 440 and 880 yds free-style Australian swimming champion, and one middledistance male swimmer with an Australian title, to tour the Dominion. The secretary of the Amateur Swimming Union of Australia, Sir. Sheedy, said the male swimmer would be chosen after the Australian championships, and he mentioned R. Biddulph as a probable choice.
