HONOUR IN LONDON. Mrs. A. T. Pycroft, who loft on a trip to Englnnd early this year with her husband, has had tlie honour of winning the Grenfell medal (the Royal Horticultural Society's highest honour) for her paintings of New Zealand flora. The paintings had a full window display in New Zealand House, where the exhibit was one of the best that New Zealand has had. At the suggestion of Sir Arthur Hill, the director of Kew Oardens, the paintings were on exhibition at the Royal Horticultural Society's hall, where the award was made. This medal is seldom bestowed for such work. Mr. and Mrs. Pycroft are spending Christmas with Mr. Pycroft's cousin. Lady Duncombe, Wood Hall, Shenley, Herts.
