ESCAPEE CAPTURED.

DUNEDIN, this day.
Escaping from custody yesterday afternoon while 011 remand for false pretences, William George Thomas was recaptured this morning at Balclutha. While in the exercising yard at the central police station, Thomas escaped by climbing over a back fence.
