MINISTER OF LABOUR.

MR. ARMSTRONG AT OTAHUHU

The Minister of Labour, the Hon. IT. T. Armstrong, visited Otahuhu this morning, when he discussed with members of the Otahuhu Borough Council proposals for absorbing unemployment. He afterwards visited the high school and the primary school. After returning to the city Mr. Armstrong met the Boys' Employment Committee and received deputations at the Ministerial rooms. This afternoon he visited the women's unemployment centre in Belgium Street and conferred with the Women's Employment Committee.
