SUVA'S PKOCLAMATION. SUVA, December 13. The proclamation of the new King was read by the Governor of Fiji, Sir Arthur Richards, in Suva at 5.15 yesterday afternoon. It was the first proclamation of King George VI. to be read in the British Empire.
