Princess Elizabeth May be Granted £10,000 a Year.
DUKE OF WINDSOR'S £50,000,
* LONDON, December 13. It is expected tliat the Parliamentary committee which is to be established to consider grants to Royal persons will profuse that the Duke of Windsor should be granted £50,000 a year. The "Sunday Graphic" says it is expected that Princess Elizabeth, who is ten years old, will be granted an income of £*10,000 a year in the new year. Doubtless, says the journal, the Princess will reteive a small allowance as pocket-money, while charitable donations will be made on lier behalf in accordance with custom. The remainder of the money will be invested by her parents until she is 18 years old, when she will come into possession of a sum which, allowing for expenditure, will probably amount to £00,000.
