LETTER FOR MR. SAVAGE.
(By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) 1 WELLINGTON, this day. The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, this morning received a letter carried by Miss Jean Batten from the High Commissioner in London. The letter was delivered from the post oflice. It bears the London postmark of October 5 and an Auckland stamp of yesterday's date, together with Miss Batten's name on the envelope.
