PASTOR CHOOSES HIS BRIDE. LONDON, October 12. .Having boon selected by her prospective husband from a photograph, Miss Emma Grindrod, of Rochdale, Lancashire, will sail for Australia on November 7 to marry Rev. William Catterall, of Truro (South Australia). Mr. Catterall left Koclidale for Australia with his wife and family irt 1011. On arrival, he gave U|> his job as a confectioner, and joined the ministry of the Congregational Church. His wife died in 1933. The Manchester "Dispatch" says that Mr. Catterall remembered three Roclidale women, who, he thought, might be j willing to marry him. Ho wrote to Rochdale, asking for their photographs, and when he received these ho soon made up his mind in favour or Miss Cfrindrod, and sent it proposal L.y air mail.
