BRITISH TEAM VISIT.
Responding to numerous inquiries regarding the matches against England in Auckland, the New Zealand Rugby League Council decided that, if necessary, the whole of the grandstand at Carlaw Park would be. open for the booking of seats, which are being'riumbprcd. The method of reservation was deferred pending the receipt of plans now being prepared. It was decided to fix t)ic price of reserved-seats at 10/ (plus ground admission), unreserved seats (including ground) 7/, and the ground charge 2/6. It was decided to ask the New Zealand selectors to choose, after the Auckland match against England, 17 players from whom the final selection will be made for the First Test.
