THE PROVIDENT FUND.
The New Zealand Trotting Conference on Wednesday approved of a remit submitted by the New Zealand Trotting Association giving the right to an owner to pay the 10/ fee enabling his stableman to benefit from the provident fund. Another remit was also carried so that no person should have any proprietary right or interest in the provident fund merely by reason of having contributed to the fund.
