THE WAIRARAPA TRAGEDY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) • v MASTERTON, Monday. A verdict, of drowning was returned to-night at the inquest into the deaths of Hector Sinclair Donald and Norman Murdoch McLeod who lost their lives on Saturday night while on a duck-shooting expedition at Kahutara. j It is surmised that their boat capsized, and although they made a gallant fight to reach the shore, they were overcome, by cold and drowned. The funeral of the victims will take place to-morrow afternoon.
