FOOTBALL CLUB DANCE.
The Waitemata Rugby Football Club held their first dance of the season in tho Swanson Hall on Saturday night. Vehicles provided by the committee to £ convey dancers from Henderson and snrI rounding districts to the hall were the I means of securing a record • attendance. | Effective decorations had been arranged | by Mrs. Ross and Miss C. Taylor. The | programme presented by the Vagabonds | Dance Band was most enjoyable. Prize I winners in the novelty dance items were j Miss Hewitt and Mr, Winter, Miss E. | Langton and Mr. Iv.
