GERMAN IMMIGRATION.
SOUTH AFRICAN CONTROL. (Received 10 a.m.) CAPETOWN, May 26. An innocent-looking amendment to the Immigration Act insists on passports being valid for return to the country in which they were issued. This enables the Minister to control German emigration.
