TIPROFF SEAL CO. MARKETING AGREEMENTS. a Cabled advice lias been received from the managing director of the Tiproff Patent Seal Company, Mr. J. S. Emanuel, to the effect that he has just completed a contract with one of the largest organisations in America for the manufacture and marketing of the company's seal throughout America, Mexico and Canada.
