HOPE FOR FUTURE RELATIONS. (Received 9.30 a.m.) CAIRO, May 24. The Pjime Minister, Nalias Pasha, read the speech from the throne at the opening of Parliament yesterday. This stated that the Anglo-Egyptian conversations are proceeding with serenity and cordiality, and it was hoped they would produce an honourable agreement embodying Egyptian independence and tightening up the friendship and alliance between the two countries.
