OTOROHANGA. New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, Hamilton, report on their annual Otorohanga ram fair held on Friday:—We entered approximately 150 head, comprising a majority of S.D.'s, but including a representative proportion of Romney rams. The general standard of quality was only mediocre, but there was a scattering of fairly good sheep. Buyers were plentiful and quite a good sale resulted, with values being fully on a par with the recent Claudelands fixtures' realisations. Most of the entry changed hands, and all good rams sold readily. We quote:—Good S.D. flock rams, 4V& to sgs: medium S.D. flock rams,
3% to 4%gs; inferior S.D. rams, 2% to | 3%gs; well-bred flock Romney rams, 5% to 6%gs; medium sorts of Romney rams, 4 to sVigs; inferior. 3%gs. GISBORNE VALUES. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.")
