DAVIS.—On January 20, at his daughter's residence, Mrs. Harvey, 1101, Great North Road, James, the dearly loved husband or the late Agnes Davis, and eldest son or the late James Davis. Eden Terrace; aged 79. Private Interment, Hillsboro'. GODFREY.—On January 24 (suddenly), Ella, at her parents' residence, 31, Haydn Avenue, One Tree Hill, sweet little daughter or C. G. and G. O. Godrrey, and darling sister or Evelyn and baby Edna. " Suffer little children to come unto Me." KEOGHAN. —-On January 25, at Auckland, Colleen' Winifred, only daughter or David and Kathleen Keoghan. R.I.P. MILLETT.—On January 25, at Auckland Hospital, Kenneth Pryce, second son or Pryce and Lena Millett, or Morningside; aged 3 years 3 months. A patient little sufferer at rest. Rest'in peace.' Funeral -vVill take place rrom Tongue's Chapel, Mount Eden Road, at 2 p.m. Monday. Will all Kenny's rriends please accept his parents' sad intimation.
